How It Works?

When you subscribe, you'll receive regular deliveries with the same amount of quantity you ordered in your first purchase.

We're all about keeping things smooth for you! Even though our product comes with 30 servings, we'll automatically send you more every 27 days. This way, you never run out, and it prevents any unexpected delivery delays beyond our control, making sure you stay stocked up and worry-free. Your health and happiness come first!

And don't worry, your payment details are safe and sound, and you can change them anytime in your dashboard too.

How To Manage It?

To manage your subscription you will need an account on our website.

You can either create one now and automatically be logged in when you checkout, or you'll be sent an email with a link to create one after your purchase.

In your account you will find a "Manage Subscription" button that will take you to your dashboard where you'll have full control to editskip/pause, or cancel your subscription anytime, hassle-free!

P.S: the email you use to create an account and the email you provide in checkout MUST be the same

To Reschedule your next order in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the "Your Next Order Date" section, and click "Reschedule" in the top right corner.
  2. Once clicked, a calendar will appear, choose your preferred Month/Date.
  3. Once chosen, click "update".

That's it! Your next order is now rescheduled.

To Skip your next order in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the "Your Next Order Date" section, and click the "Skip Next Order" button.
  2. Once clicked, click "Skip Next Order" again in the pop up to confirm skipping.

That's it! Your next order is now skipped.

P.S: Only one order will be skipped, and the next upcoming one continued, if you wish to skip multiple orders at once, simply pause your subscription, and resume it whenever you are ready.

To add a Discount to your next order in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the "Add Discount Codes" section, and enter the correct code.
  2. Once the code is entered, click the "Apply" button, and click it once again in the pop up to confirm it.

That's it! Your next order will automatically be discounted.

To increase the quantity of your next order in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll to the "Product" section which is the first, and click "Edit".
  2. Once clicked, enter the new quantity you like to receive with a valid number such as "2,3,4 etc..", and click the "Update" button.

That's it! Your next order will have the quantity you've chosen.

To change the Shipping Address for your next order in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the "Shipping Address & Info" Section, and click "Edit".
  2. Once clicked, enter your new address details correctly and click "Save".

That's it! Your next order will be shipped to your new address.

To change your Payment Details in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the "Payment Details" section, and click "Edit".
  2. Once clicked, click on the "Send Email" button to receive an email to update your payment information.
  3. In the email we've sent you, click "Confirm payment Information" and you will be redirected to a page to change your payment information.
  4. Once you fill the necessary information, click the "Update card" button to save them.

That's it! Your payment information will be automatically updated for all your upcoming orders.

To Pause your Subscription in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard, and click the "Pause My Subscription" button.
  2. Click the "Confirm" button to confirm the pausing.

That's it! Your subscription is now paused.

To Resume your Subscription in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard, and click the "Resume My Subscription" button.
  2. Click the "Confirm" button to confirm the resuming.

That's it! Your subscription is now resumed, and your order will be sent based on the previous date you had scheduled.

If you wish to receive your order sooner or later, simply change your order date, check the 2nd question "How to Reschedule my next order?" for instructions.

To permanently cancel your Subscription in your Subscription Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard, and click the "Cancel My Subscription" button.
  2. Click the "Confirm" button to confirm the canceling

That's it! Your subscription is now canceled.

Before you leave us, just remember, the body takes time to replenish missing nutrients, and it can only absorb a limited amount daily. Just like Rome wasn't built in a day, results will come with patience and consistent use.
